Everyone was really kind when I was in the store; however, when I asked to buy the crème brûlée tea, they bagged a berry tea instead. I didn’t notice until I got home (in Tennessee) and was pretty bummed that I didn't get this tea that I had been so excited about. But I get it, accidents happen. So I called the store and asked if I could ship them this tea back and they could send me the right one. The manager told me she couldn’t do that because she would lose money on shipping. That seemed crazy to me?? YOUR SHOP gave me the wrong tea and you won’t even try to fix it? So instead of you losing a few dollars I have to keep a tea that I didn’t even like. I called the Nashville location since they are closer and explained what happened. The person on the phone sighed and didn’t seem surprised that I had issues with this location. He told me to come into his store and he would set me up with the right tea and I didn’t even have to bring the one I have now.

my friend and I went here today and it was a really good experience! Ken was super helpful at explaining all the tease and what they offered. I ended up getting the peach on the beach tea iced with honey. It is delicious! Can’t wait to come back.

I was gifted tea from this place and it was so good that I absolutely had to check out the store. I was NOT disappointed! Such a lovely place with so many unique teas and spices. I bought 4 different types of tea and I can't wait to try all of them. Ask about the loyalty program if they dont ask you first. Highly recommend!

Great store with very helpful people. All kinds of great spices. They have sections by salts, peppers, teas, and custom blends. You get good recommendations and advice here. If you want better quality in tea, come here. Recommend checking them out.
